Love is not an emotion. LOVE is the BI PRODUCT of true emotions. Like respect, or sympothy. LOVE also holds us to our words and actions. Actions like backrubs and helping to pull up the slack in life are signs of LOVE actions of a true emotion, like feeling bad your Mum has to do all the cleaning, so you help her out. Out of your empathy for her, and others you will find LOVE.
All the things you say and do, all the true emotions build up to love. Like the snow on a mountain top can not be there with out the base of the moutain to hold it up.
